A good Rule of Thumb for any construction or service job: “Good, Fast, Cheap – Pick Two.”

 I have a pretty small overhead, so I don’t have to make all my money for the year off of your project alone. My prices are competitive with others in this field and in this area. 

My prices are not the lowest in the marketplace. 

If you want it done right, call me; if you want it done dirt cheap, call someone else. 

Remember, I am willing and able to fix the problems left behind by the “low price” guy.
